wrong jurisdiction

our private limited co. situated in mumbai according we have applied for Pan no. mentioning mumbai address . Later on we have received a scrutiny letter  from inome tax dept. jalgaon(pune). Because as per our pan wrong jurisdiction alloted to jalgaon in place of mumbai to our co.

Now what to do Because it is impossible to scrutiny case at jalgaon all our office at mumbai.

if any body have solution plz forward me.

You can apply for NEW PAN CARD/ AMMENDMENT IN THE PAN CARD - so that the same problem should not arise in the future.

For the problem which is already occured, You can right to the assessing officer @ jalgaon pune mentioning that the jurisdiction of the PAN CARD HAS BEEN WRONGLY MENTIONED WE HAVE APPLIED FOR THE RECTIFICATION IN THE PAN CARD- I HOPE THEY WILL DO THE NEEDFUL or if you can help me with the PAN CARD NO. ( via PM)- I CAN Help yo in little dip.
