is case law reference is to be written in the exam of DT and IDT paper as there are 1000 of case laws.....

But some special and famous case law is normally asked so ithink it will not be more difficult

It is nt mandatory to write section number or caselaw name. But if you write it, there is more chaoces to get 1 marks extra which value a lot to secure 40 or 60 marks
