Please clear following things about work contract tax:

 If any party charging CST in his invoice for cotract then Work Contract tax applicable

Work contract tax applicable in Central

what is the diffrence between WORK CONTRACT TAX AND T D S ON WORK CONTRACT.

Works Contract is Not applicable in Inter State Sales
