u/s 560 a board resolution shal be pasd requirng name of co to be struck of frm roc. Req docs to be submitd to roc wid prescrbd fee- 1. Board resolution 2. Indeminity bonds frm director 3. Afidavits frm directrs 4. Statement of act in prescribd format.
