Will this be considered as npa and affects cibil score?

Hi friends,

One of the CC Account was not renewed and it was overdue . But before it becomes NPA "due to out of order/ non-renewal" the customer paid the full amount and there is a credit balance now. But , if the bank fails to close the account before the date of NPA, will it be considered as NPA due to non-renewal even though the account has a credit balance?
