I meet my friends daily. They are in CA final. I have marked that after getting 2 or 3 attempts they all are hopeless. Rather to work hard, most of them finding jobs. I am not understanding why their confidence gone down ?

I have also not cleared in first attempt. I know that it feel bad but if you loose confidence than it is impossible to clear it.
