whats more important job satisfacton or the financials???

like if i get a job in KPO industry with a very nice package which i wont get nywhere else,wht to do?

i want job satisfaction bt financials ofcourse matters ,as u all will also agree, bt where to draw d line?? where to compromise??nd to wht extent?
