Whose PAN should be quoted in the case of filing return in case of a partnership firm?
My Sir said that the PAN should be of the partner who is signing the Balance Sheet.

If you are going to file ITR of Partnership Firm, then you have to quote Firm's PAN

Whatever details going to file in return, its related to filrm. So you have to quote firm's pan. Partner is only authorized person who is going to sign for firm. I

If you are filing the Firm's ITR, then quote the Firm's PAN.
If you are filing the ITR of a Partner of a Firm, then quote Partner's PAN.
