Whom to reverse charege applicable.
I pay 18000/- toward freight exp. to transporter. me require to pay service tax. how much & why?

If you are individual, reverse charge not applicable.
Reverse charge(100%) is applicable if person liable to pay freight is
>factory
>society
>cooperative society
>body corporate
>partnership firm
but how much service tax pay as a service receiver?
100% st need to pay by the Service Receiver
Please refere the Notification No.30/2012 Service Tax
