For appoinment of Whole Time Director if form 25C is filed then form 32 is to be filed or not?

Yes you are required to file e-form 32 with the concerned ROC within 30 days from the date of Appointment...... in case of appointmnt of MD you are also req to file e-form 23 (for certain resolution and agrmnt u/s 192)....
