Which itr is applicable

(1) I have business income under presumptive basis i.s. U/s 44AD and i am also a parter in a partnership firm. So what ITR is aplicable for me ? Sugam ?

(2) I am salaried employee and have no business but i am a partner in a partneship firm - which ITR is applicable for me

for point no (i), i think it is ITR4S - For individual/HUF/partnership firm having income from presumtive business

please confirm sir

Schedule-IF: Information regarding partnership firms in which assessee is a partner. ........ is not available in ITR 4S, as such liable for defective return.
