Kindly advice me on which ITR form to be used for the A.Y .2014-2015 by an assessee who is having income from Rental of immovalbe property more than 5. He have given on rent shops and flat which belongs to him.
Also he is having interest income on Fixed Deposits in bank.
He is also having exempt income of interest on fixed deposit in NRE account.
Kindly suggest.

Dear Members,
Thank you very much for the replies.
Also advice if the income by way of rent is more than Rs.10.00 lacs p.a. then books under section 44AA is required to be kept? If yes then, which ITR form is required to be filled?

The return should be filled using Itr 2 .
I think itr2 even if the assessee is required to keep books u/s 44 AA
