Refer both Start reading from hand book and where ever u found some difficulty in any particular section or topic then refer only such section or topic from full text book. Hardwork + Smart work =success Wish u a gud luck for ur may'12 exam Do smart work.

Diff. Persons hav diff. Opinion We all r right So rohan form ur own opinion how much u can covered. And no doubt text book is better as it contain depth comprehension of every provision Detailed answer of past exam questions Chart summary for selected topics & Lots more..,

Read the Detailed book if your exam in May 2012 and read the hand book if u are hard pressed for time!!!!

Wat ever you read,understand the provisions and that will reduce your tensions during revisions...

I would suggest go for AMIT KARIA's LAW BOOK titled LAW, ETHICS & COMMUNICATION (Bharat Publications)
Prcatical Problems are given very nicely.
60 case laws & 150-160 problmes are given.
The format of answering practical problems is also given. Even deeds & agreements are explained step by step.
Tricks for remembering section numbers are alos given.
