Whether manufacturer oped composition scheme liable to pay gst on nil rates supply?

On all supply including nil rated

No............. no need to pay GST on Nil rated supply (Refer Notification 1/2018 CT )

Kindly refer notification 8/2017, 46/2017 and 1/2018 of Central Tax, Manufacturer are required to 'of the turnover' it means all turnover whether taxable or nil rated. However, in case of trader tax payable only on ' taxable supply's
You are Manufacturer hence you have to pay tax on supplies
