Whether GST applicable or not

Our organization was paying tax. But our annual turnover is below 20 lakhs. We want to know whether GST is applicable for us or not.

Pl clarify what kind of business was in previous regime and what type tax you paid and what was your turnover. Only then we can solve your problem.

We are selling agarbatti. We were paying VAT, entry tax. Our annual turnover is below 20 lakhs.

GST is applicable to all assessee who were registered under service tax or vat hence applicable for you , however you may surrender your registration later

As you were regd under Vat you have migrated to GST. If your turnover remains bellow 20 lakh you may get your registration cancelled.
Till no is cancelled you have to file retuns
