Please can any one throw light on my queery relating to ESI registration ?
My question is - For esi registration total no of employees considered or Statewise?
Suppose if i have two office one in Delhi having 7 employees and one office in Indore haiving 9 employees. Is it mandaroy for us to resgistred in ESI as we dont have 10 emplpyoee in each state.
Can anyone share advice on the above issue?
