I am assuming you are asking TDS and tcs related to gst...you don't have to care for both if you do no sell your product through e commerce operator (like Amazon and Flipkart) and you don't deal with government or government agency.
TCS - TCS will be deducted by e commerce operator who collect payment on behalf of seller and pay to seller after deducting their commission. Maximum amount which can be notified under this section (sec 52) is 1% of the payment to be made by the e commerce operator to the supplier. e commerce operator will deposit this to government and the electronic credit ledger of the supplier from whom this amount has been collected, will be credited by that amount, which can be utilised for payment of final tax liability.
ex. you sales tv of RS 21000 to me through Amazon. Amazon will collect tv from you and deliver to be. Amazon will collect from me RS 21000. Amazon will deduct say 1000 as his commission and 1% of balance (20000*1% = 200) as TCS. Amazon will pay RS 19800 to you.(For the sake of simplicity let's ignore gat on commission charged by Amazon). Now suppose you total gst liability for the month is 10000. Now you have to pay only 9800 as cash and balance RS 200 will automatically credit in your account after Amazon will deposit the same with government.
TDS is similar to TCS but here the person will itself be the receiver of goods/services. In TCS person is not the receiver of goods and services but is mere a collector of consideration. TDS will be deducted only by that person or a class of person to whom government will specially notify. As of my knowledge no such notification has been issued yet. Other provision are similar to TCS.
