What is difference between Vehicle Owner and Transporter
If Transporter getting vehciles from vehicle owner and arranging vehicle to a company, then who will issue the declaration for non deduction TDS owner or Transporter. In this case, contract is between company and Transporter and Transporter is issuing LR.
In this case Transporter should issue Declaration to company for non deduction of TDS.
