What is Gratuity? I am working in private limited co for last 7 years? We have 10-11 employees. What is gratuity, how it should be relate with salary. When will i eligible to receive gratuity?When will i get gratuity? What else can i demand from co. Currently i am only getting basis salary. Please explain gratuity as much as possible.
