Applicability of deduction of WCT in karnataka VAT.
A trust given a contract to local vendor for construction of a new building, whether a trust is liable to deduct WCT / TDS. If yes, whether trust need to take registration under KVAT for payment of WCT deducted and file a return of WCT.
