Dear All

Please send me a copy of the said Wct Rule to me Prass_raj @ rediffmail.com

to my concern Wct-tds must be dedcted for inter state only. for CSt WCt-Tds is not required 

But the rule will differs in state to state for Haryana the above is applied but in delhi state the above statment doesnt applied. for any register or unregister contractors TDs need to be dedcted and paid as per the rate schedule

Dear Experts please clarifiy if there is any devations in the above statement.
