Our company is registered under service tax only as it is consulting company. If i received any bill which have no bifragation of material and services. Should we deduct wct?

For WCT you neef to get registered under state VAT..........everytime you receive a works contract bill, you need to deduct WCT on it...WCT rates differ from state to state..
In your case check the nature of the contract, if it is covered under works contract, then yes you need to deduct WCT.
