3. CHANGE PRACTICE STYLE AND FOLLOW NOTARY OR JUNIOR ADVOCATE OR ANESTHESIA DOCTOR STYLE.
4. DO FAMILY BUSINESS.

Pls tell us is there any scope for Fresh Chartered Accountants in Practice as a new CA cannot eligible for empanelment for RBI and G&AG for 3 and 5 years respectively.
----As he is not eligible to empanel on this apex body,
----he is not eligible to empanel on many panel of different entity such as Banks, Insurance Co.,
----Central Govt, State Govt Auditor Panel and many more where the main criteria is to empaneled on C&AG and minimum 5 years of exp...
----Now all banks and other government bodies require us to have PARTNERSHIP FIRM & MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXP.
SO, DEAR FRIENDS STOP OUR OWN PRACTICE AND CONTACT ANY CC OR RC OR SENIOR MEMBER FROM METRO CITIES WHO ALREADY HAVING 5 PARTNERS FIRM AND JOIN IT, THEN YOUR FIRM WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR EMPANELMENT AND YOU HAVE TO PAY FROM OUR OWN POCKET SERVICE TAX (AS NO ONE PAY ST IN SMALL CITIES TO FRESH CA) ON OUR SMALL PRACTICE WHICH IS NEARLY EQUAL TO YOUR PROFIT AFTER ALL EXPENSES OF OFFICE.
Even in case of Tax & Vat Audit, Income & Sales Tax Practice it is very difficult for him to survive because of lower fees, throat cut competition and main thing is corruption in Dept.
At one end his friends are earning in lacks and at another end he is not able to meet BEP of his office......
