I am verifying Income Tax file on behalf of an Financial Company of an Individual, who is taking Home Loan from the company. though I have verified and cross checked all the Financial Statements & taxes paid challan & TDS Certificates. Is it possible to cross verify the details of Computation of income from the I.T.O.

Income Tax Authorities are rejecting applications made under RTI Act.  There is a recent case decided in favour of the public.  Even IT authorities cannot reject the applications made by public for obtaining information of assessees from the records of income-tax authorities.

one indirect way i can tell if the person whose u r vertifying itr is filling return online then u can generate itr acknowledgement through his user id and psswd from income tax site from this u may come to  know that actualy this what filled with itdept/

Mr.Ayush Raj is doing the work on behalf of a finance company without the notice of the person whose records are being verified. In such a situation can he know the it and pass word of the persons.  Approaching the IT authorties through RTI Act is the proper method.

are yaar why isn't possible the person who is taking the loan can provide na user id and password, since he is taking the loan he will provide the required details, and i have said indirect way not direct it is possible in some case or not possible in some
