What is the due dates of filling of Vat Return ( Monthly, Quarterly, Annually) in North India States? Which form is used to file these returns..

Its depend on which state the dealer is registered. For example in Rajasthan a dealer has to file his return quarterly but he is also required to file an annual return for every year.
Quarterly returns are filed in form 7A, 8A, 10.
Annual return is filed in Form 10A.
