I have applied for the vat no.
will it be possible to sell by medicines in delhi which will be manufactured in uttrakhand by vat no. only.
what if i apply for cst no later on?

If you are doing business inter state wise you must have a CST No.You must applied before to avoide any disputs letter on.

If You are Selling or Purchasing Good from Out side of State then You Will Have to Take CST Number.....
You Can Not Charge Vat in Inter-state Sale

I agree with sonu kumar and rajeev. You have to apply for CST even if your interstate turnover is re.1/- but as per white paper para 2. you can get registered with vat if your turnover exeeds 5lakhs p.a
