Dear all

I am making softawares as per customers need and i have also developed a billing software which i m selling to my clients

i want to know that is this software is taxable under Maha Vat if Yes then what is the rate of tax

pl. solve this query as early as possible

mvat for software is 5%

Software comes under schedule C of MVAT, Rate of Tax @ 5%
