A company "X" is selling its used earthmoving machine that is registered with RTO Madhya Pradesh.

What Vat Tax % is to be charged over the Sale Invoice for such a sale.

As per MP VAT Schedule 2 II, 30B. It is 5% Tax. please login to official website and always refer VAT Schedule. Item wise product and tax rate are classified.
