Sirs,

Will you please inform with Notification etc. References  the Rate of VAT applicable on Repocessed Plastic Granules which is used as Raw Material by our Purchasers.

all kinds of plastic granules is taxed at 5% as per notification FD 55 CSL 2005(8) DT.23.3.2005 SL.NO.134/135/136/137
