Vat on photocopy services

Vat is applicable on value added on commodity and not on services.

No vat is applicable on services.

No VAT will be chargeable since it is a service and not an article or thing. 

Service tax may be applicable. But only if the gross reciepts from the business in a year exceeds Rs. 10 lacs.

मेरे पास फोटो स्‍टेट की छोटी दुकान है मेरे टीन नम्‍बर भी है और जीएसटी नम्‍बर भी है तो मुझे जीएसटी की फोटो कोपी पर क्‍या रेट होगी अभी तक जीएसटी हैल्‍प लाईन पर भी बात की परन्‍तु उनको भी नहीं मालू है कि फोटो कोपी सर्विस पर क्‍या जीएसटी रेट होती है बताये
