1.Treatment of purchase of goods by registered dealer from unregistered dealer under value added tax.
2. input credit on capital goods under haryana value added tax .And where it is shown in R-1 and R-2 return forms.

Hi
My company is a real estate developer.
It has received a bill for supply of earth and levelling from unregistered dealer.
Obviously my company have to deduct WCT as well as TDS on this bill.
Kindly tell me rate of tax to be charged as WCT. And details regarding rate of tax applicable to unregistered dealer as per HVAT.
