Sir,

VAT is implementing in UP from 01.01.08.

is any form or road-permit required for Goods other state to UP?

Hi, U can go to google and search for Commercial Tax Department of UP. Throough this u will get all the requirements needed.

Dear , present time for Road permit at the time of entry the goods in U.P. form 31 is continue, You have relaxation for three months from 01.01.08 to 31.03.08 to use these forms. after all you have to impliments fORM 38 in place for road permit.

Sir, we are manufacturing defencive items (such as: sleeping bags, duffle bags, jackets, bullet proof jackets, gloves, web sets, rifle sling, Cu belts, blue belt for Air Force etc.) we wants to Know the rate of tax under central sale and local U.P.sale to registered/unregistered dealer and the Invoices books to be use for sale for central and local registered/unregistered dealers. and the prosiger to purchase raw material from registered/unregistered dealers of central and local.
