can anyone tell me if A sold goods to B and boath are in delhi if B says u have to billed on delhi address but goods sent to my brach office which is in gurgaon so in this case what tax i have to apply that bills.
Kindly help me.

You have to collect only VAT Tax from B. it is eassy to transfer goods from B to C using F-form by B.
