Dear Sirs,
We have a partnership firm in Delhi. We have a vat and CST number.
Sometimes I get bill in name of partner. Can i show them as purchase of the firm in VAT?

ideally it should in name of firm only. But in your case VAT TIN of your firm should be mentioned on purchase invoice.
