Vacancy allowance loss

Can we claim vacancy allowance in case of commercial property is vacant during the year ? And that allowance loss can we adjust in another commercial property rental Income ?

are you preparing one return of income for the company which has number of comeercial properties then this can be done

Individual return. Having more than 3 commercial premises. But one given on rental and other two are vacant full year. Vacancy deduction for two which are vacant can be adjusted in rental income of one commercial premises ? If Yes which section?

Individual having more than one commercial properties. One given on rental basis. Others are vacant. Vacancy allowance for vacant commercial properties? Can we reduce income from rental income by claiming vacancy allowance ? How much ? Which section is it ?
