Sir it was copy of resolution at the time of incoporation of company. I hope it is valid.
Yes, you can sign with digital signature if you are giving certified copy of resolution which is passed at time of incorporation or extract of minutes of board meeting.
Can someone please share Resolution for authorization to use the DSC of a director in the interest of the company.
