Use of keywords in naming a company
i want to know that whether the use of word corporation in naming a company still requires authorised capital minimum of 5 crores after notification 22jan2016.

As per my understanding, if you want to use word corporation in naming a company which requires minimum authorised capital of 25 Crores. Please go through with the Companies (Name Availability) Rules, 2011.

Under Companies Act 2013 for work corporation no requirement of minimum paid up capital of 25 crore under Companies Act, 2013.
