urgnt help for ca final finanicial reporting

hi frnds can anyone suggest me how to prepare consolidation n corporate restructing in short span with good grip ( some tips or material or short notes or author or any suggestion will do , i m doing self study)....inspite of many efforts i m not able to hv good grip...😊TIA
