Urgent service tax query

i want to know that we have registered under two construction services i.e. construction of industrial and comercial complexes and work contract service . my question is that we had also provided service relating to construction of resedential complexes also during the year and had not intimated the dept. till date by mistake. now when we will be filing our return , will it be a problem? please help its urgent!!!!!!

Every person who has provided a taxable service of value exceeding Rs.9.00 lacs in the preceding financial year, is required to register with the Central Excise or Service Tax office having jurisdiction over the premises or office of such service provider with in 30 days from the date of commencement of that service.

According to Sec-69, failure to register leads to penalty of Rs.5000 or Rs. 200 per day during which failure continues, whichever is higher.

There will be no problem, but you have to pay penalty as said above along with interest @ 18% p.a on tax (15% in the case of assessee whose turnover exceeds 60.00 lakhs)
