Urgent regarding service tax panelty

Dear Sir My husband has a firm in Ghaziabad and due to the mistake of our CA we hadn't paid service tax from last 2 years. Few days back in the absence of my husband someone from service tax dept. had shown letter at our firm about the panelties. Day before yesterday after consulting our lawyer we got to know it's some where around 1.80 lakhs. Yesterday my husband deposited money in his saving account and then he got to know that is account is in negative and shows approx. 18 lacs. As he confirmed from the bank he got to know that this is due to commercial tax dept. and they told that 8th bank has got the mail to do so. Our lawyer confirmed the Same from 8th service tax dept. that by mistake one more 0 has added at the end of actual penalty amount and it becomes 18 lacs. Please suggest what can we do know as we are in so much of stress.
