29 October 2009one of my friend's family member met with an accident so he won't be able to appear in this november exam. i want to know, if he doesn't appear at all in any of the paper, will he have to submit any document or do any formality to appear in next attempt, i.e, may. Is the process cumbersome?

No There no formality for not appearing in any attempt.
He may appear in may attempt just after filling examination form for may.

as far as i know there is no need for submission of any document. every attempt is a seperate attempt. Its one's own wish whether he wants to appear in exams or not. your next attempt wont be affected by your previous one.
the only thing is, his attempt will get counted.

No Documents are required to be filed with the institute, just fill the examination form and appear in the next attempt.

There is no requirement to submit the information regarding the accident.
He/She can easily appear in the May, 2010

if we have to paid Contractor (94j) 40000/- amount up to 30 sept.09 and after sept. we have paid rs 15000/- what rates we have to deducted the TDS 2% Or 1%

No it doesnt matter at all just fill examnation form for the next attempt.

well i dint give the last attempt , and i have my hall ticket now ith no formalities, dude all th institute is bothered abt is his fees, if they get it no formalities P:;
