Repayment of interest on loan taken for part time studies eligible for deduction u/s 80E or not ???

No, deduction u/s 80E is available only for full-time studies for any graduate or post-graduate course in engineering, medicine, management or for post-graduate course in applied sciences or pure sciences including mathematics and statistics.

no as per sec 80e deduction is only allowed when intrest is paid for full time education and it should be paid only in India
