can a pe2 student(joined pe-2 on graduation basis)/ (erstwhile intermediate ) FINISHED GRADUATION converted later into ipcc finished computer training commence his/her article ship immediately without appearing for group 1 of IPCC as per latest anouncemnet kindly reply.
I think he should be able to join articleship as the new criteria is Graduation.
