Answer to your query No. 5 is that YES you can take credit of service tax. And technically you can AVAIL cenvat credit. You are not LIABLE to take Cenvat Credit.
And the answer to your query No. 6 is that NO you are not liable to pay service tax on the Hamali even if your CA declared it on different balance sheet.
