Is it necessary tocomplete graduation to appear for the Civil exams. Can anyone appear for civils on the basis of CA , CS or other professional degrees

Hi Sikha Sharma,
U can not write civil exam without doing any graduation degree as per rules of UPSC.

"Candidates possessing professional and technical qualifications, recognised by Government as equivalent to professional and technical degree would also be eligible for admission to the examination.''
Are even eligible to appear for the Civils , so is CA degree not recognized by the Govt. of india?
