Uploading dsc in income tax website for reset password

hi all,

can any one suggest me regard uploading dsc in income tax website for reset password. the problem is when i choosen for upload a new dsc for a company, "An error appears on the screen: The PAN mentioned in the Digital Signature Certificate does not match. Please retry".
