Uploaded form in roc - can i view it back ?

if it has approved then you can view and download after paying fees of Rs. 50 on MCA portal

After paying the inspection fees, jsut view the documents of the company for whom you have uploaded the documents. But remember, only ablance sheet can be accessiblke and not teh profit and loss account. Means only Form 23 can be downloaded in case of private limited company and not teh Form 23 ACA.

ya I agree with the views of Mohit Saluja..By paying Rs.50 you can access the VPD documents..if its a public limited Company you can view all the forms Form 23AC,ACA,20B,66 ..but in case of Private Limited Company you can view only Balance sheet and all other documents except Form 23ACA

If your company is public company, you can down load from MCA Portal, form 23ac, 23aca, 20b. in case if it is private limited company you can down loan 23aca and 20b. you can take help of your practicing company secretary for downloading above said forms.
