Dear All

Please tell me about Difference between tax invoice and retail invoice as per UP VAT ACT also tell me about provisions regarding INPUT VAt CREDIT under UP VAT ACT i.e general items list on which ITC allowable. our company is STPI so let me confirm about CST paid will get back refund or not?

Hi ,

Tax Invoices normally issued in case of sale to Registerd VAT dealers in the same state on the basis of which the purchasing dealer is entitled to get the VAT input credit and Retail Invoice is issed in case of sale to unregisterd dealers and sales to the dealers outside the state ... for construtive understanding you are advised to refere the UP Vat act and Rules thereunder .....
