26 August 2014One of my client is a Sahara agent, he is getting Commision Amt, he was unable to file return in A.Y 2012-2013 and in result 1800 Rs. TDS left unclaimed.
There is an option in the ITR 4 2014 to claim unclaimed TDS,
Is it possible to claim the above TDS ?

Dear Anurag,
TDS refund for a particular year can be claimed only after filing the ITR for that particular year. IN your case time has elapsed.
But I guess you can still claim it through your AO, if he issues a notice.....
