the company sold all assets during the year can company carried forward the unabsorbed depreciation

When all the assets are sold STCG / STCL will arise .
It needs to be computed according ro Sec 50 (2)
No depn
No carry forward of unabsorbed depreciation allowed in case of slump sale.
Friends no slump sale and I am talking about the unabsorbed depreciation
Unabsorbed depriciation can be carried forward n no of years , this can also be set off aginst income from salary also
